During the sampling of oils you must avoid any contact with ambient air. The Manual Oil Sampling Kit is designed for contamination-free taking of oil samples. A constant temperature of oil sample is important for correct analysis. The temperature is automatically measured during flow of oil through the Manual Oil Sampling Kit. When the temperature of oil sample is constant you can fill the sample into the gas tight glass syringe. The Manual Oil Sampling Kit is easy to use. Versions for various syringe sizes are available (10 mL, 50 mL, 100 mL).

The Mobile Gas Sampling Kit is a new device for taking samples everywhere with an easy procedure. The light and compact system (22 x 18 x 10 cm) is equipped with a chemical resistant pump and a battery to operate without external power supply. The device has a shoulder strap that you can use your two hands to get even to hard reachable locations.

Refinery and natural gas samples often contain trace amounts of sulfur-containing compounds which can interfere with reactions or poison catalysts in petrochemical processes. Because sulfur compounds quickly react with stainless steel surfaces, accurate determination of these compounds is impossible when samples are collected and stored in untreated sample cylinders. Sulfi nert® passivation technique bonds an inert silica layer into the surface of stainless steel, preventing active compounds from reacting with or adsorbing to the steel. These high pressure sample cylinders are Sulfinert treated for greater stability of sulfur compounds and mercury. DOT 3E & SP cylinders allow sampling at gas wellheads as well as in the refi nery.
